You can't get on Hotmail? Luckily, it is possible to get around the internet filters and get on Hotmail anyway.

What do unblockers do?

An unblocker is like a gateway that pass information between your computer and the site you're visiting. The unblocker accesses the site you want on your behalf, downloads the page, and sends it on to you. So the site you want to be on never sees your IP. So actually you are visiting sites indirectly. Internet filters only think you are accessing the unblocker, not the real site.
